( “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Stylobabe” shall mean Fashion Passion Apparels India Pvt Ltd and its affiliates) We value the trust you (“You” or “User” shall mean any legal person) place in us. We are an online store providing number of Internet-based services through Stylobabe or Stylobabe application(‘Platform”) including selling of readymade garments and accessories ( By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools provided by us, you agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).

When you visit Stylobabe, you are electronically connected with us. When you place an order with us, you are required to provide a valid phone number. We may contact you through e-mail, SMS, phone call, posting notices on the website, or any other means. You thus agree to receive communications (including transactional, promotional, and/or commercial messages) from us regarding your use of the website and/or your order placed on the website for contractual purposes.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
The pricing for the Product/s are displayed on the website/s and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. The prices for all the merchandise are in Indian Rupees. The Company is vested with the discretion regarding the change in Prices, products and services.
The Company will put its best effort to guarantee that the pricing and price-related information on the website/s are accurate.
In the event that the Company makes an in advert and error in quoting the price, the Company will notify you before your payment is completed. You will then be given the option of either accepting the corrected pricing or in the alternative cancelling your order.
The following mode of payment are accepted by the company: online payment through credit card, debit card, net banking, and mobile wallets, or cash on delivery (COD)
The Company will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.
The Company reserves the right to recover the cost of product/s, collection costs, attorney’s fees, and other expenses from a user who uses the website fraudulently, in addition to all other remedies available under law and equity and as specified in this Agreement.
We reserve the right to take legal action against the persons who used the website/s fraudulently as well as any other unlawful activities or acts or omissions in violation of these terms and conditions.
PROMOTIONAL CODES:
We may send you discount vouchers occasional through email or promotional materials.
Free shipping offers are only valid for the entry-level delivery option. Free delivery on new-season orders is only available on full-priced products. Only the shipping is free in all cases. All other taxes, tariffs, and customs fees, if leviable, will be chargeable.
Each promotional discount voucher/code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable and has no monetary value i.e, it no circumstance such a voucher/code can be converted into cash. Each of such discount voucher/ code comes with a fixed expiry date, which will be specified at the time of the offer or on accompanying promotional materials. The said date of expiry of a voucher/code is non-changeable. Some discount codes/vouchers can be redeemed both in-store and online, while others might be valid for online purchases only. Again, this will be specified at the time of promotion and on promotional materials.
When a promotional voucher/code is used to place an order that includes several products, the amount of the discount is divided among them based on the pro-rated value of each item. Any refund for an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the amount of the discount. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.
If a discount code is defective or out of date, the value of that code cannot be deducted from an order; no replacement codes will be provided.
Only one discount voucher can be used per order and the said discount voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES & TERMS:
The prices on the website will be including GST and Shipping.
Shipping will be charged additionally based on location and logistics partner.
For certain inaccessible and / or remote locations requiring special arrangement to ship products, the shipping charges may be significantly more.
The timelines pertaining to shipping of the products may vary from product to product basis. The users are advised to view the exact shipping timeline for their respective products as specified in the description / specification of the product within the Platform.
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the website. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the specified delivery timeline, then the ordered items will be delivered to the address provided by you on the website. If we fail to deliver the products within the given delivery timeline, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will be entitled to cancel the order and get a refund or credit for any money paid by you or debited from your account.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage you might suffer as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delivery delay.
All orders are accepted subject to product availability. In case any ordered products are not immediately available, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sums paid or debited from your account in full.
All the abovesaid time frame are subject to the condition every claim regarding delivery of order, including the non-receipt of order shall be notified to Stylobabe within …days from the expected date of delivery of the said order as reflected at the platform. If you fail to notify the non-receipt of the order within the time framed so specified, it shall be construed as delivery of the order in question and shall not be liable for any claim raised in respect to non-delivery of the same thereafter.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our duties under these terms if the delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. All your statutory right shall be subject to this condition.
RETURN POLICY:
We specifically states that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion except, in case where the return of goods is the result of the failure on the part of Stylobabe to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order.
Products cannot be returned if the particular design or embroidery work on the goods has been affected, and/or the client has used the goods and/or added the design or embroidery work themselves.
The return period is 10 days from the date of delivery – as long as the product is unused and the price tags are intact.
Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained and Stylobabe shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product by us if:
Stylobabe is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort;
The returned products have been returned after being Washed
the User has destroyed or discarded the price tags, brand tags, box, original packing material, and related accessories;
the serial number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match Stylobabe’s records;
the gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect;
Stylobabe is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable by you; or
if the User in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from Stylobabe.
On placing an order on the Platforms, the User will obtain a unique tracking identity number, which will allow them to track their orders’ delivery status after Stylobabe has successfully handed over to its Logistic Partner (as described in Delivery Policy). Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase, the User can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the User and requesting Stylobabe to process a cancellation by sending an email to dsfasionapassion2021@gmail.com
REFUND- In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, We shall initiate refunds within15(Fifteen) working business days from the date on which it received the request from the User.
When a User cancels an order prior to the Products being dispatched, Stylobabe will reimburse the User within 15 (fifteen) working days from the day it received the request. In all cases, the refund will be provided to you through the original payment method. Bank costs and other applicable charges may be deducted from refunds by the User’s bank.
Cancellation after dispatch: The post-dispatch cancellation of orders shall not be accepted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
All content and materials available on Stylobabe, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Stylobabe, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. It is completely prohibited to use any content on this site in an inappropriate way without being specifically authorized by Stylobabe, including but not limiting to reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission.
Stylobabe grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site and the Service.
By virtue of this license, you are not permitted to download or copy any account information for benefitting another vendor or any other third party; caching, unauthorized use of hypertext links for the Site and framing of any Content available through the Site and/or uploading, transmitting or posting of any content that you do not have a right to do (like the intellectual property of any other persons or party or uploading, posting, or transmitting any material containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs which is designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software and/or hardware or telecommunications equipment; any action that imposes or may impose (in Stylobabe sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Stylobabe infrastructure; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not bypass any Stylobabe measures that prevent or limit access to the Site. Any unauthorized usage by you will result in the termination of Stylobabe’s permit or license.
INDEMNITY
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Stylobabe, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies ( as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any claim or demand or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of our breach of this terms of use, privacy policy any other policies or your violation of any law rules or regulations or the rights ( including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
TERMINATION OF USE
You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of the present Terms and Conditions Agreement. Any suspected unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour might lead to the end of your relationship and referred to relevant law enforcement authorities. Your entitlement to use the resources we offer will immediately stop if you are suspended or terminated, and we reserve the right to erase or delete any information which you might have on file with us, including any account or login credentials.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Stylobabe with respect to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding that subject matter.
Any waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions is effective only if it is in writing and signed by the undersigned or any other authorised person. Your failure to enforce any of the term of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of a future breach of that or any other condition of these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and undertake that you are accessing the website’s services and transacting at your own risk and will use your own best analysis and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through this website.
